Terms of Service

By accessing our platform at craftonative.praptechie.in, creating an account, or using our mobile application build software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform.

CraftToNative provides a cloud-based software platform that allows web owners, developers, and businesses to convert web applications into production-ready mobile applications (Android APK/AAB packages and iOS configurations). Our tools include visual UI builders, push notification integrations, deep linking generators, splash screen layout engines, and native permission controls.

To use certain features of CraftToNative, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Prohibited activities on CraftToNative include, but are not limited to:

• Converting websites or applications containing illegal content, phishing scams, hate speech, malware, spyware, or deceptive material.
• Infringing upon any third party’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or privacy rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with CraftToNative’s build compiler or visual configuration engines.
• Bypassing build rate limits, attacking server infrastructure, or attempting unauthorized database access.

CraftToNative provides mobile build packages (.apk, .aab) and configuration manifests. Publishing your app to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is governed entirely by third-party guidelines (Google Play Developer Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines).

• You are solely responsible for setting up developer accounts with Google and Apple.
• While CraftToNative builds comply with standard store requirements, we do not guarantee third-party store approval, as app approval depends on your website content, privacy policy, and developer account compliance.

• Pricing: Paid features and build downloads are charged according to the plan selected during checkout ($29 one-time or subscription pricing).
• Digital Goods & Refunds: Because mobile app binaries and software licenses are delivered immediately upon build completion, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a technical defect in our build engine prevents your app from generating, contact support for resolution or a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftToNative and Prap Techie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to CraftToNative in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CraftToNative at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Prap Techie, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
